2012 SUMMER FOOTBALL CAMP

The Chargers will be having our annual summer football camp July 16, 17, 19 and 20. The camp will be held at Heritage Park in Belton (13th Street and Waco Rd), from 6:00 PM to 9 PM. The camp is open to young men ages 11 to 18. There is no registration fee and you can register on site the first day of camp. Players need to show up in a t-shirt, shorts and football cleats.

We will be teaching the fundamentals of the game while incorporating a lot of fun. Registration for the 2012 football season will be available every day of the camp and middle school and high school coaches will be on hand to answer all your questions.

A registration table will be set up during practice each day so you can register your son(s) for the upcoming football season. Game jerseys/pants and gear will be handed out throughout the week for those who turn in their registration paperwork and associated fees.

I look forward to the 2012 football season and thank you for the opportunity to coach your sons. Please consider passing this information on to others in the homeschool community that may have a son interested in playing high school or junior high football. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions regarding Chargers Football.

CENTEX CHARGERS VARSITY FOOTBALL 2011

We had a great season, ending up with a record of 8 wins and 2 losses!

The Varsity Chargers participated in the Iron Man Tournament in Hutto
November 3-5, 2011, and earned 2ND PLACE!

The CHARGERS were victorious in the first game of the Iron Man Tournament Thursday, beating the Victoria Homeschool Cobras 49-0.
Then the CHARGERS defeated the Fruitvale Bobcats 26-6 in the second game of the Iron Man Tournament.
The CHARGERS met the Emery Weiner Jaguars in the CHAMPIONSHIP game where they were finally defeated 78-30 in a hard-fought game played without two of our players who were injured in the Fruitvale game the night before.

The CHARGERS played with an amazing amount of HEART and Christ-like GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP. We are so proud of this team!!!
