ATHLETIC TRAINING ADVISORY GUIDE
The safety of our athletes is of paramount importance to us. This includes sufficient warm-up and cool-down periods, as well as sufficient hydration, among other things.
We highly recommend that all our coaches, trainers, and athletes review the

that has been prepared by the Home School Athletic Association trainer.
